Chief officer Dave Webb will present his counterpart in Somalia, Abdulahi Mohamed, today in a ceremony at the Leicestershire headquarters in Monk Way, Birstall.

Mr Mohamed was living in Leicester until he was recruited to help the Mogadishu service rebuild itself after falling into ruin during the civil war between 1991 and 2006.
