MOGADISHU, Somalia – Addressing at 2nd annual of a judicial summit in the capital, Mogadishu, Somali president has accused Kenyan government of meddling his country’s political affairs.
Mohamed Abdullahi Mohamed [Farmaajo] says Kenya’s move relates to its claimed maritime dispute with Somalia.
Farmaajo also argued that Nairobi still continue interfering with the country’s sovereignty due to the seas case.
He also accused it of closely working with other regional states in Somalia.
“We no longer tolerate such moves made by our neighboring state”, he said.
The remarks by Somali president came weeks after Nairobi hosted a fugitive regional minister of Jubaland, who recently escaped from a detention in the capital, Mogadishu.
