MOGADISHU, Somalia – EU Ambassador to Somalia, Nicolas Berlanga has met with top leaders of the Federal government of Somalia in the capital of Mogadishu.
Amb. Berlanga was hosted by Somali Prime Minister Hassan Ali Khaire at his office in Mogadishu, discussing on ways to on strengthen the relations between the EU and Somalia.
Mr. Berlanga says meeting was aimed to accelerate the implementation of EU projects in Somalia.
Meanwhile, Berlanga also paid a courtesy call on the Speaker of the House of People, Hon. Mohamed M. Abdirahman in Mogadishu.
He affirmed European Unions’ support to the Federal Houses representing the citizens and the federal member states, as the key actors in law-making and dialogue.
