Addis Ababa, November 13 , 2018 – The Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, H.E. Amb. Ahmed Isse Awad, held a dinner in honor of the players of the Somalia team, which is trying to make a new history and prove its worth to qualify for the Olympics.
The dinner was held this evening at a hotel in Addis Ababa with the presence of the players and their coaches. The Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation encouraged the players to join hands and play with a high level of performance to achieve great success.
Somalia’s under-23 football team will play Ethiopia on Wednesday in the preliminary round of qualifying for the 2020 Tokyo Olympics.
