The newly inaugurated Puntland President Saed Abdullahi Deni says he will host a meeting in Garowe between Mogadishu-based federal government and leaders of the regional states in March.
The announcement was made by the Puntland President following a request by the Somali president Mohamed Abdullahi Mohamed.
There has been political rift between the central government and its state leaders after the regional leaders announced to have cut all relationships with the government led by President Mohamed.
