Somalia’s Jubbaland electoral commission publishes regional election timeline.
The commissions says election of the region’s leader will take place August 24-30, 2019.
It also said the selection of regional lawmakers would happen between July 16 and August 6.
There was no comment from Federal interior ministry of Somalia over the regional election
