MOGADISHU, Somalia – Somali National Intelligence and Security Agency (NISA) claimed to have welcomed a senior commander defected from al Qaeda-linked al Shabaab in the capital, Mogadishu.
Mukhtar Mohamed Abdi aka Mukhtar Ganey defected after he made contacts with the intelligence of Somalia, according to a statement seen by All Galgaduud Media
