MOGADISHU, Somalia – Somalia has banned Sahan research company to operate inside the country on Monday for national security reasons, according to statement.
In a statement by Ministry of Internal Security prohibited all government and non-governmental organizations to conduct business with Sahan saying the think-tank is involved in activities that are a threat to national security, the unity of the people and the government of the federal government.
The Ministry has also strongly warned any organization that violates the ban by conducting business with the research company saying it will face the full force of the law.
