MOGADISHU, Somalia – Somali soldier has allegedly shot and killed a young man in the capital, Mogadishu.
The deceased was young man, who finished his university study in the capital, Mogadishu, a witness said.
It is unclear why the soldier killed him, he said.
Initial report say the victim was the brother of General Tuuryare, the former head of Somalia’s national intelligence and security agency (NISA).
The killer [the soldier] has escaped from the crime scene.
His body was taken into CID for further investigation.
Somali police arrived at the scene and launched an operation to hunt down the killer.
