Somalia’s Minister of Foreign Affairs Ahmed Isse Awad says his country remains neutral in the dam dispute between Sudan, Egypt and Ethiopia.
Awad also called on the countries to resolve the disputed Nile dam through talks.
He says Somali would take part to find a solution if needed.
