MOGADISHU, Somalia — an IED explosion has injured a police officer identified as Mohamed Dore in the Somali capital, Mogadishu.
Mohamed was seriously wounded when a bomb explosive fitted into his car exploded in the district of Hamar Jajab of Mogadishu.
He was taken into hospital, a witness said.
No group says it carried out the attack.
