Somali parliament speaker meets with UN delegation

The President of the somali federal people’s Council Mr. Mohamed Sender Sheikh Abdul Rahman and his deputy Mr. Abdul Guardian Sheikh Modi met a delegation from the united nations visiting the country.

In his office, the president met two united nations delegations, where he met at the first meeting with the representative of the United Nations Secretary-general on crimes and other members who were accompanying her in travel, and addressed the meeting on the painful events of some areas in The country of rape, as Mr. Mohamed sender met at the second meeting a committee that is conducting the work of the united nations body and the extent of its cooperation with the somali federal people’s Council, in terms of meeting the needs of the council and determining the quality of the work and activities carried out by the authority With Council offices in the past years.

At the end of those meetings, the two sides had an understanding on all the topics discussed at each of the meetings.
