The State Minister for Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, H.E. Mr. Abdulkadir Ahmed-Kheir Abdi, received in his office at the Ministry a copy of the credentials of H.E. Mr. Soehadjono Sastromihardjo, Ambassador of the Republic of Indonesia to the Federal Republic of Somalia.
During the ceremony, bilateral relations and cooperation between the two countries were reviewed and efforts are being made to preserve and develop them in various fields.
Somalia and Indonesia have long-standing historical trade relations dating back to the 10th century based on mutual cooperation and trade.
