MOGADISHU – Two Somali security soldiers have been shot and killed by gunmen, thought to be Al Qaeda linked Al Shabaab group in Mogadishu.
The soldiers were gunned down by men armed with pistols in the city’s Yaqshid area, a witness said.
He says the killers fled from the crime scene uncaught.
Somali security forces arrived at the scene and started an investigation over the murder.
No group says it carried out the assassination.
