London (AGGM): Cue the Versace record scratch — we have another collection from the Italin fashion house for Migos to wax poetic about. For the second time, Donatella Versace has tapped design duo Simon and Nikolai Haas to design a limited edition collection of fashion and accessories. The saucy brothers had some colorful inspiration for their wares and opulent trinkets. “Leather, gold, youth, Italian history, California freedom, luxury, sex, exoticism and Donatella herself!,” revealed the duo. Oh, behave boys!
Amongst the treasures are a Medusa head belt, graphic T-shirts, a porcelain leopard, and iPhone 5 case. In other words, perfect stocking stuffers if you’re shopping for the Drake type.
Versace explained: “I am thrilled to be working with the Haas Brothers on this special curator project. I love how they take the codes of Versace and bring them somewhere new, pushing Versace forward into a whole other world.”
The collection is available beginning today online at www.versace.com, as well as in Versace boutiques in Soho, Paris, Shanghai and Beijing Sanlitun. So get on it, because like M.I.A.’s counterfeit-inspired collab, we have a feeling these aureate designs won’t be gathering dust. See them, below:
